Refund policy

At Mamafique, a Bellezza LLC brand, we are proud of the exceptional comfort and quality of our Maternity Leggings. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we offer a Comfort Guarantee subject to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility Period: The guarantee is valid within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests must be made within this period.

  2. Proof of Discomfort: A brief explanation of why the leggings did not meet your comfort expectations is required for a refund under our Comfort Guarantee.

  3. Limitation on Usage: The Comfort Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of Mamafique Maternity Leggings to ensure genuine cases of discomfort.

  4. Processing Fee: A $5 processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund for administrative and handling costs. For 2+ items, the fee is reduced to $4 per item. 

  5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping service for the safe return of the item.

  6. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our policy conditions. This includes cases where the leggings appear worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order  immediately upon delivery. If products received are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@mamafique.com with:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  • Your order number.

We will promptly address your concerns by either exchanging your order at no extra cost or initiating a return process. 

Return Process for Defective or Damaged Products:

  1. Immediate Notification: Report the issue within 48 hours to qualify for a return.

  2. Return Authorization: After validating your claim, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

  3. Shipping: Send back the item in its original packaging. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe return. 

  4. Inspection: We'll inspect the returned item. Returns may be refused if the item is tampered with or does not match the claimed condition.

Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations:

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@mamafique.com.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to qualify for an exchange or potential refund exception. Reach us at support@mamafique.com with your order number and reasons for dissatisfaction.
  • Return of Products: The items must be shipped back to us in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Price Adjustments and Promotions: All prices are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer price adjustments, reimbursements, or partial refunds for products purchased before or after promotional periods or sales events. Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice and are only valid during the specified promotional period.

  • Buy 2, Get 1 Free Promotion: To take advantage of this promotion, customers must select the specific promotion option on the product page, including choosing sizes, colors, or other options as applicable. Adding two products to the cart without selecting the promotional option will not automatically qualify for the free item.

      After Purchase Policy: Once an order has been shipped, requests for adjustments or free items related to the promotion will not be accommodated. This ensures the integrity of our promotion and prevents additional costs associated with reshipping, repacking, or administrative fees.

  • Returns and Exchanges on Sale and Promotional Items: All purchases made during sale periods or promotional events—including but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday—are considered final sale. Promotional items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes exchanges for newer versions, different models, or future product releases. By purchasing during these events, customers acknowledge and accept that promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & EBOOKS
All digital products purchased from Mamafique, including eBooks, are non-refundable. Once a digital download has been made available to the customer, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies to all purchases, including those made through promotional offers.For promotional offers where customers receive a free eBook (e.g., Buy Two, Get One Free), please note:
  • The free eBook is included as part of the promotional offer and is subject to our non-refundable policy.
  • If a customer cancels or returns their qualifying purchase(s), they will not be eligible for a refund or credit on the free eBook.
  • In the event of a return or cancellation, the customer will be required to pay for the free eBook at its regular retail price, or the value of the free item will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping & Delivery 

By making a purchase, you agree to follow this procedure for any delivery issues. It is the customers responsibility for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Items in Transit

  • Non-Cancellation: Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. 
  • Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived after 15 business days from the shipping date, contact us at support@mamafique.com. We will investigate the delay and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Items Not Delivered / Non-Delivery Issues

  • Reporting Non-Delivery: If you suspect a failed delivery (e.g., wrong shipping address, customer not home, counterfeit postage), you must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Contact us with details of the issue and your order number at support@mamafique.com.  If you fail to contact within 48 hours, you bear full responsibility for the non-delivery and our services are marked as fulfilled.
  • Resolution Process: We will investigate the issue and may reship the item if necessary, or provide specific instructions for reclaiming your package, depending on the situation's specifics.

Items Marked as Delivered

  • Verification of Delivery Claims: Should you report an item not received, yet the carrier has marked it as "Delivered," please check your premises, with neighbors, or any other possible locations where the package could be. If still unresolved, contact us for further assistance.
  • Limitation of Liability: Mamafique is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages after they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. The responsibility for securing the delivered item rests solely with the recipient.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
